The Elizabeth Education Association (EEA) represents approx. 4,000 members, including all aspects in the Elizabeth School District.

The EEA upholds the contracts the association negotiates with the board of education, and advocates for its members’ professional rights.

In addition, the EEA supports many projects and activities that benefit our schools, students, and community. Through the NJEA Pride program, we have funded art shows and sports programs and a host of others.

Studies show that strong professional associations such as the EEA effectively advocate for their students and communities. School districts with strong professional associations like the EEA also have better educational outcomes for students.
